Journal of Mosaic of Autoimmunity (JMAI) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research on the mosaic nature of autoimmune and immune-mediated diseases. The journal publishes high-quality work that integrates clinical, experimental, and translational perspectives, with a particular focus on mechanisms, heterogeneity, and cross-disciplinary insights in autoimmunity.

The journal is led by Editor-in-Chiefs Prof. Yehuda Shoenfeld (Reichman University, Israel) and Prof. Carlo Perricone (University of Perugia, Italy). JMAI is currently indexed in Google Scholar and is actively expanding its international visibility.

All articles published in the Journal of Mosaic of Autoimmunity (JMAI) are published in gold open access form and are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers.

The International Friday Meetings serve as an official partner meeting of JMAI and provide an open academic forum for discussion, collaboration, and engagement with the journal. We warmly welcome researchers at all career stages to participate in the journal’s development and to consider submitting their work to JMAI. At this stage, we particularly encourage submissions of Original Articles presenting novel and impactful research in the field of autoimmunity.
