EXHIBITION - Physical Event

Each exhibitor will be contacted directly by the appointed exhibition coordinator and will receive Exhibition Manual with all conditions of the exhibiton. The exhibition will be placed close to the meeting rooms and refreshment.

One congress bag and one exhibitor badge will be provided per basic exhibition space. For each additional 9 sq m, one additional exhibitor badge will be provided free of charge. All equipment such as shell-scheme booths, carpets, furniture, power supply etc. has to be rented separately and will be charged individually.
